Barn located near the center of the Alas hamlet, renovated at then end of 2009, in accordance with the Couserans style building and respecting the traditions by an architect and local artisans. A quiet and cosy area... with a lighty stay, its cheminey offering a nice view on the garden... Its 2 bedrooms suited of rose and blue colors... From their balconey, a nice view too on the surrounding mountains. In the roofing, kids will certainly enjoy the game area...

Description:

  • Barn arranged for 6 people/3 bedrooms.
  • Private parking (for 2 cars) at the front of the house, terrace and garden at the rear.
  • First floor: restroom, big stay with an opened kitchen (american style).
  • Second floor: 2 distincts bedrooms with their own private bathroom (shower and hand-basin) and double-bed, WC.
  • Roofing: bedroom with the gaming area with 2 single-beds (adult) and a craddle.
  • Locked garden shed (perfect for your bikes).

Equipment:

  • TV set: satellite and DVD-reader (no extra fee).
  • Cheminey within its glazing box.
  • Kitchen equipments: hoven, micro-wave, hot-plate, washing-machine, fridge and freezer, hinaling hood.
